The invention relates to a water management method of a fuel cell stack. A gyroscope is installed in a vehicle equipped with a fuel cell engine system. The gyroscope is connected with a control systemof a fuel cell stack of the fuel cell engine system. The gyroscope senses the stable running state of a vehicle. If the gyroscope monitors that the vehicle turns, climbs or goes downhill, the conditions are fed back to a control system of the fuel cell stack, and the control system controls the stoichiometric ratio of the hydrogen side to be increased by 5% to 40% on the basis of 1.3 to 6 and/orcontrols the stoichiometric ratio of the air side to be increased by 5% to 40% on the basis of 1.5 to 6. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of facilitating the drainage of the fuel cell, relieving the rapid reduction of the voltage of the single cell caused by turning, climbing or downhill climbing of the stack, prolonging the service life of the stack and the like.
