The invention provides a surface thermal control structure suitable for a spacecraft and a preparation method thereof. The surface thermal control structure comprises a temperature control body, a heating piece, an aluminum foil and KS-Z white paint, wherein the heating piece is pasted to a surface of the temperature control body, the aluminum foil is pasted to an outer side of the heating piece,and the KS-Z white paint is sprayed to the aluminum foil. The preparation method comprises steps that 1, the heating piece is pasted on the temperature control body; 2, aluminum foils with the same size are stuck on the heating piece by using silicon rubber; 3, after the aluminum foils are pasted and cured, the aluminum foils and a surface, not pasted with the heating piece, of the temperature control body are polished through abrasive paper till roughness required by KS-Z white paint is met; and 4, KS-Z white paint is sprayed to surfaces of the aluminum foils and the temperature control bodywithout the heating piece. The surface thermal control structure is advantaged in that the aluminum foils are pasted to the heating piece, a technical problem that the KS-Z white paint cannot be sprayed to a pasting area of the heating piece is solved, thermal control design is simplified, and feasibility of the thermal control design is improved.

    本发明提供了一种适用于航天器的表面热控结构及其制备方法,包括控温本体,加热片,铝箔以及KS‑Z白漆,所述加热片粘贴在控温本体表面上,所述加热片外侧粘贴铝箔,所述铝箔上喷涂KS‑Z白漆;采用如下步骤制备:步骤一:将加热片粘贴在控温本体上;步骤二:在加热片上用硅橡胶粘贴相同尺寸的铝箔;步骤三:在铝箔粘贴固化后,用砂纸打磨铝箔以及未粘贴加热片的控温本体表面至满足KS‑Z白漆所需粗糙度;步骤四:在铝箔和未粘贴加热片的控温本体表面同时喷涂KS‑Z白漆。本发明采用在加热片上粘贴铝箔,解决了加热片粘贴区域无法喷涂KS‑Z白漆的技术问题,简化了热控设计,提高了热控设计的可实施性。
