The invention discloses a multi-roller rotary pantograph head and bipolar rigid suspension busbar composite system. The composite system comprises a plurality of roller modules, a rotary motor fixed on a rotary motor support, and a power supply bar and a reflux bar which are horizontally arranged above the roller modules in parallel, wherein the roller modules are radially fixed on a roller connecting shaft through a roller module support and an insulating support, the roller connecting shaft is arranged at an output end of a rotating motor, a roller skateboard connecting shaft is connected below the roller module support, an arc-shaped skateboard is arranged on an outer side of a bottom end of the roller skateboard connecting shaft, rollers are separately in rolling contact with a bottomsurface of a power supply bar or a backflow bar, a power supply support and a backflow support are respectively provided with a plurality of arc-shaped carbon sliding blocks, and the arc-shaped sliding plates are in sliding contact with the arc-shaped carbon sliding blocks on the power supply support or the backflow support independently. The composite system is advantaged in that a stray currentphenomenon generated by the traction current flowing back through a train steel rail is avoided, maintenance cost of a subway is reduced, and the service life of peripheral buried metal pipelines andcivil engineering structural steel bars is prolonged.
本发明公开一种多滚轮旋转受电弓弓头及双极刚性悬挂汇流排复合系统,包括多个滚轮模块、固定于旋转电机支架上的旋转电机、平行且水平设置于滚轮模块上方的供电排和回流排;滚轮模块通过滚轮模块支架和绝缘支架呈辐射状固定于滚轮连接轴上,滚轮连接轴设置于旋转电机的输出端;滚轮模块支架下方连接有滚轮滑板连接轴,滚轮滑板连接轴底端外侧设置有弧形滑板;滚轮单独与供电排或回流排的底面滚动接触;供电支架和回流支架上均设有多个弧形碳滑块,弧形滑板单独与供电支架或回流支架上的弧形碳滑块滑动接触。本发明避免了牵引电流通过列车钢轨回流而产生的杂散电流现象,减少了地铁的维护成本,延长了周边埋地金属管线和土建结构钢筋的使用寿命。
