The invention discloses a dynamic lane design and signal control method for using opposite left-turn lanes for straight-going vehicles at an intersection. The method comprises the four steps of collecting basic information, determining a dynamic lane spatial position and an intersection signal timing scheme, calculating a dynamic lane length value range, and determining a dynamic lane length. According to the method, for the problems of vehicle conflict, queuing and the like caused by that the number of the straight-going lanes at the intersection is smaller than that of exit lanes, the land utilization limitation is fully considered, and the opposite left-turn lanes are set as dynamic lanes; the opposite left-turn lanes are straight-going exit lanes during straight going and opposite left-turn lanes at other times, so that the passing requirements of opposite left-turn vehicles are met, the number of the straight-going lanes and the number of the exit lanes are balanced, conflict points are effectively eliminated, and the high efficiency, safety and fluency of intersection operation are guaranteed. According to the method, land around the intersection does not need to be transformed, and the economy is high; and the method is convenient for calculation and actual operation, high in practicability and important in practical significance.

    本发明公开了交叉口直行车使用对向左转道的动态车道设计及信控方法,包含了收集基本信息、确定动态车道空间位置和交叉口信号配时方案、计算动态车道长度取值范围、确定动态车道长度等四个步骤。该方法针对交叉口直行车道数小于出口车道数造成的车辆冲突、排队等问题,充分考虑土地利用限制,将对向左转车道设置为动态车道:直行时为直行出口道、其他时间为对向左转车道,既满足对向左转车辆通行需求,又使直行进、出口车道数平衡,有效消除冲突点,保障了交叉口运行的高效性、安全性、流畅性。本发明采用的方法无需改造交叉口周边用地,经济性强;发明方法便于计算与实际操作,实用性强,具有重要现实意义。
