The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for identifying a congested road section based on signaling data and floating car data. The method comprises the following steps of acquiring the signaling data of user equipment on a target road; determining traffic volume on the target road according to the signaling data; acquiring multisource floating car data on the target road; determining the road section speed of the target road according to the multi-source floating car data; and determining the road section congestion condition of the target road according to the trafficvolume and the road section speed. In the embodiment of the invention, the signaling data is used as an identification basis of the travel mode, a travel demand is matched into a road network according to a stop point and the track of the signaling, the service level at each time section of the road section is researched and judged by combining the road capacity, and the multisource floating car data is combined with the service level of the road section, so that the accurate identification of the congested road section in the road network is realized.

    本发明实施例提供一种基于信令数据和浮动车数据的拥堵路段识别方法及装置,该方法包括:获取目标道路上的用户设备的信令数据;根据信令数据,确定目标道路上的交通出行量;获取目标道路上的多源浮动车数据;根据多源浮动车数据,确定目标道路的路段速度;根据交通出行量和路段速度,确定目标道路的路段拥堵情况。本发明实施例中,将信令数据作为出行方式的识别依据,依据信令的停留点和轨迹将出行需求匹配至路网中,结合道路容量研判路段各个时段的服务水平,将多源浮动车数据与路段的服务水平相结合,实现路网中拥堵路段的精准识别。
