According to the invention, the cleaning force can be well dispersed and homogenized, friction between stones and tires isreduced, abrasion to the tires is reduced while the stones are cleaned conveniently, and the problems that at present, small stones are clamped in the tires, belted layers of the tires are prone to being cut due to the fact that the tires are not taken out in time, tire crowns are prone to delaminating, the tires are exploded and damaged, and dangers are caused are solved.

    本发明公开了一种便于清理石子的防爆轮胎及其制备方法,属于轮胎制造领域。本发明包括如下组分:炭黑、氧化锌、硫磺、促进剂CZ、复合胶体主料,所述的炭黑、氧化锌、硫磺、促进剂CZ、复合胶体主料的重量比为20:2~5:0.1:1:100~120。本发明可很好的分散均匀清理时的力,降低石子与车胎间的摩擦,在便捷清理石子的同时减少对车胎的磨损,解决了目前车胎往往会夹有小石子,不及时的取出易割伤轮胎的带束层,很容易造成轮胎胎冠脱层,导致轮胎爆破和损坏,造成危险的问题。
