The invention relates to an inertia-reducing handrail stabilizing device for a bus. The device comprises a cross rod, wherein a movable ring is slidably connected to the middle of the cross rod, two symmetrical pressing blocks are fixedly installed in the middles of the two sides of the movable ring, stop balls are slidably connected to the ends, away from the movable ring, of the pressing blocks, fixing holes are formed in the middles of the stop balls, and the fixing holes are matched with the cross rod. According to the invention, by matching the pressing blocks, stop sheets and corrugatedpipes, air in the corrugated pipes are pressed out so as to achieve buffer; air is extruded into rubber columns through the corrugated pipes, and the rubber columns are straightened due to the fact that the rubber columns are filled with the air so as to buffer the movable ring again; and a traction force can be provided for a user, and when the user tilts due to inertia, it is guaranteed that people can conveniently recover to a standing position, and it can be guaranteed that the inertia generated during baking or sudden driving of a bus passes is relatively stable through the handrail in the handrail pulling process of people, so that the use safety of the user can be guaranteed.
