The electric locomotive lithium battery structure comprises a battery box, the battery box comprises bolts, a box body upper shell and a box body lower shell, the box body lower shell is fixed to thebox body lower shell through the bolts, and a lithium battery is arranged in the box body lower shell; a sealing structure plate extends upwards from the box body lower shell, and a transverse structure plate extends outwards from the box body lower shell in the transverse direction. The box body upper shell comprises a cover body and an L-shaped structural plate extending towards the lower part of the cover body; a U-shaped sealing gasket is arranged between the cover body and the sealing structure plate, the U-shaped sealing gasket is reversely buckled on the sealing structure plate, a flatsealing gasket is arranged between the lower portion of the L-shaped structure plate and the transverse structure plate, a limiting gasket is embedded in the flat sealing gasket, and the limiting gasket and the transverse structure plate are in extrusion contact. According to the lithium battery structure, the electric locomotive can be widely applied to a humid and hot environment, an outdoor rainy day environment and the like, and the operation efficiency of the electric locomotive is improved.

    本发明公开一种双密封结构的电机车锂电池结构,包括电池箱,电池箱包括有螺栓、箱体上壳体、箱体下壳体,箱体下壳体通过螺栓与箱体下壳体之间固定,箱体下壳体的内部设有锂电池;箱体下壳体上向上延伸有密封结构板,箱体下壳体上横向向外延伸有横向结构板;箱体上壳体包括有盖体以及向盖体下方延伸的L型结构板;盖体与密封结构板之间设有U型密封垫,U型密封垫倒扣在密封结构板上,L型结构板的下部分与横向结构板之间设有平式密封垫,平式密封垫内部嵌入有限位垫圈,限位垫圈与横向结构板之间挤压接触。本发明的锂电池结构,可使电机车广泛应用于湿热环境、露天雨天环境等,有利于提高电机车的运行效率。
