The invention, which suitable for the technical field of communication, provides a taxi scheduling method and device, a storage medium and an intelligent terminal. The method comprises the steps: acquiring position information and passenger carrying information reported by a vehicle-mounted terminal of a taxi in each region; determining taxi hot spot area information according to the position information and the passenger carrying information; and sending the taxi hot spot area information to a vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the taxi hot spot area information. According to the invention, effective scheduling of taxies in each area can be realized, and the scheduling efficiency and the passenger carrying efficiency of the taxies are improved.
