The invention discloses a control method for an electronic cooling fan of a driving system of a pure electric automobile and relates to the technical field of automobile manufacturing. The control method comprises the following steps of S1, an electronic fan controller receives a temperature from a part of the driving system in real time; S2, the electronic fan controller calculates a preset dutyratio Pi of a rotating speed; S3, the electronic fan controller filters the Pi, that is, the electronic fan controller takes Pi within one second for averaging and carries out rounding off and rounding to obtain PC (Pc is a numerical value after rounding the Pi); S4, the electronic fan controller judges the Pc to obtain an output duty ratio Po of the electronic fan; S5, the electronic fan controller generates a PWM wave corresponding to the duty ratio according to the value of Po; and S6, the electronic fan controller executes different rotating speeds according to the received PWM wave and the duty ratio of the PWM. The control method can solve the problems that in the prior art, electric energy is wasted and the electric automobile is low in cruising ability and large in noise.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动汽车驱动系统冷却电子风扇控制方法,涉及汽车制造技术领域。方法是:步骤1:所述电子风扇控制器实时接收来自所述驱动系统零部件的温度;步骤2:所述电子风扇控制器计算出转速预设占空比Pi;步骤3:所述电子风扇控制器对Pi进行滤波,即取1秒内的Pi进行平均,并四舍五入取整后得到Pc(Pc为对Pi取整后得到的数值);步骤4:所述电子风扇控制器对Pc进行判断,得到电子风扇输出占空比Po;步骤5:所述电子风扇控制器根据Po的值,生成对应占空比的PWM波;步骤6:所述电子风扇根据接收到的PWM波,并按照PWM的占空比执行不同转速。本发明可以解决技术存在电能浪费,电动汽车续航能力低,噪音大的问题。
