The invention discloses a ship lifting appliance hoisting test tool. The tool comprises a lifting row, steel wire ropes and a steel carrier frame. The lifting row comprises a lifting frame, a hoistinglifting ring and carrier frame lifting rings. The hoisting lifting ring is arranged in the center of an upper end face of the lifting frame. The carrier frame lifting rings are arranged at the two ends of a lower end face of the lifting frame. The steel carrier frame comprises a base plate, transverse baffles and lengthways baffles. The two transverse baffles are welded to two opposite side edgesof the base plate symmetrically and perpendicularly. The two lengthways baffles are welded to the other two opposite side edges of the base plate symmetrically and perpendicularly. Hoisting holes aresymmetrically formed in the two sides of the upper part of each transverse baffle. Mold weights are placed into the steel carrier frame. The ship lifting appliance hoisting test tool is easy to install and flexible in arrangement manner; the height and the width of the steel carrier frame are smaller than the dimensions of a hatch of a cabin hatch cover, the number of the mold weights is decidedaccording to the requirement on the weight of a hoisting test, and the problem that at the stage of a mooring test, large mold weights cannot enter a test cabin is solved.
本发明公开了一种船舶起重设备吊重试验工装,包括吊排、钢丝绳及钢制托架,所述吊排包括吊架、起重吊环及托架吊环,所述吊架的上端面于中心的位置设置有起重吊环,所述吊架的下端面于两端设置有托架吊环,所述钢制托架包括底板、横挡板、纵挡板,2个所述横挡板对称且垂直焊接于底板的两个相对侧边上,2个所述纵挡板对称且垂直焊接于底板的另外两个相对侧边上,所述横挡板的上部于两侧对称开设有吊装孔,所述钢制托架内放置有压铁。本发明的船舶起重设备吊重试验工装安装方式简单,排布方式灵活,钢制托架的高度与宽度小于船舱舱盖的舱口尺寸,压铁的个数根据吊重试验的重量需求进行选取,解决了系泊试验阶段大型压铁无法进入试验舱室的问题。
