The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical manufacturing, and discloses a hoisting device for a pure bismuth cast ingot. The hoisting device comprises a fixing device and a hoisting hook set, and a pull plate is internally provided with a connecting block and a spring. When an object is hoisted, a spring has a certain buffering effect at this moment, the situation that due to excessive instant tension, a rope breaks or the object is damaged partially is avoided, when the object is hoisted to the air, torque of the spring can make the object not swing around, instant tension ofa steel sire is reduced, hoisting stability of the device is improved, and safety of operators is ensured; and the surface of a hook body is provided with an anti-slip groove, when the object is hoisted to the air, due to very large friction force exists between the anti-slip groove and the rope connecting the hook body with the object, an inclination angle does not become larger even if one sideof the object heavier, thus it is ensured that the object does not slip down or poured out, running stability of the device is improved, the stability of hoisting the object by the hoisting device ishigh, the object is not prone to slipping down and swinging, and the safety of the operators is ensured.

    本发明涉及机械制造技术领域,且公开了一种精铋铸锭用起吊装置,包括固定装置和吊钩组,拉板的内部设置连接块与弹簧。在吊起物体时,弹簧此时就具有一定的缓冲作用,不会出现因瞬间拉力过大导致绳索断裂或物体部分损坏,且在物体吊动至上空时,弹簧的扭力可使得物体不会四周摆动,减少钢丝的瞬间拉力,提高装置起吊的稳定性,保证作业人员的安全,勾体的表面开设防滑槽,在物体吊动至上空时,由于防滑槽与连接勾体和物体的绳索有很大的摩擦力,即便物体有一侧偏重,也不会使倾斜角度变大,保证物体不会滑落或倾倒而出,提高装置运转的稳定性,此装置吊起物体稳定性高、不易滑落和摆动、操作人员安全有保障。
