The invention discloses a processing production line for a stainless steel band. The machining production line comprises an arc-shaped plate, supporting legs, a bottom plate, diagonal rods, fixing columns, moving frames, top rods, first fixing seats, moving blocks, fixing blocks, fixing rods, swing rods, sliding blocks, a buffer cushion, limiting blocks, vertical rods, protection boxes, first springs, horizontal rods, a second spring, idler wheels, sliding seats, stop rods, nut blocks, a protective net, screws, first rotating rods, antiskid rings, connecting columns, U-shaped blocks, first gears, second fixing seats, second gears and second rotating rods, wherein four corners at the center of a top end of the bottom plate are fixedly connected with bottom ends of the fixing blocks throughbolts correspondingly. The processing production line is simple and convenient to use, the situation that when being hoisted, the stainless steel band directly collides with an upholder, and consequentially the stainless steel band is damaged is avoided, and meanwhile, the distance between the moving frames and the ground is advantageously adjusted, so that the protective net and the stop rods aredetected and repaired advantageously, the danger level of work is reduced, and the safety of workers is protected.

    本发明公开了一种不锈钢带的加工生产线,包括弧形板、支撑腿、底板、斜杆、固定柱、移动架、顶杆、第一固定座、移动块、固定块、固定杆、摆动杆、滑块、缓冲垫、限位块、竖直杆、保护盒、第一弹簧、水平杆、第二弹簧、滚轮、滑座、挡杆、螺母块、防护网、螺杆、第一转动杆、防滑圈、连接柱、U形块、第一齿轮、第二固定座、第二齿轮和第二转动杆,所述底板的顶端中心处四角分别与固定块的底端通过螺栓固定连接,该发明,简单简单,使用方便,避免了起吊不锈钢带时,不锈钢带与支撑物直接碰撞,从而损坏不锈钢带,同时有利于调节移动架与地面之间的距离,从而有利于对防护网和挡杆进行检测与维修,降低了工作危险程度,保护了工作人员的安全。
