The base is placed on the shore, a hydraulic cylinder isstarted, the hydraulic cylinder pushes a lifting hinge seat to push the main plate to move upwards, when the main plate rises to a corresponding angle, pulling lugs are used for hooking a ship board to fix the springboard, the rapid telescoping of the hydraulic cylinder makes the springboard achieve the effect of rapidly changing the tilting angle, after the springboard is used, a pulling rope isloosened, a folding plate gets close to the main plate through a folding device under the action of gravity, the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder shrinks, and then the main plate and the folding plate are fixed, so that the effect that the springboard is foldable is achieved.
