The invention provides an overheating protection control method for a dual-clutch automatic transmission, and relates to the field of transmissions. The method solves the problem that how to improve the safety of a vehicle when the dual-clutch automatic transmission is overheated. The method comprises the following steps: when a vehicle crawls on a ramp for a long time, a gearbox control system identifies the ramp crawling working condition by comparing the road inclination angle alpha with a preset inclination angle beta1; when alpha is greater than beta1, the gearbox control system monitorsthe temperature TC1 of a clutch C1 and the temperature TC2 of a clutch C2, and the gearbox control system is provided with a plurality of preset temperatures; and if any one of the TC1 and the TC2 rises to one of the preset temperatures, the gearbox control system controls the clamping force of an electronic parking control system to reach a corresponding preset calibration value and meanwhile controls an engine control system to enter a corresponding clutch ramp protection mode, and the instrument prompts that the clutch is overheated. The vehicle safety during long-time crawling can be improved, and the driving experience can be improved.

    本发明提供了一种双离合自动变速器过热保护控制方法,涉及变速器领域,本方法解决了如何提高双离合变速器过热时车辆的安全性的问题。本方法的步骤包括当车辆在坡道长时间爬行时,变速箱控制系统通过对比道路倾角α和预设倾角β1识别坡道爬行工况,当α>β1时,变速箱控制系统对离合器C1和C2的温度TC1和TC2进行监控,变速箱控制系统设有多个预设温度,如果TC1和TC2任意一个升高到其中一个预设温度时,所述变速箱控制系统控制电子驻车控制系统夹紧力达到相应的预设标定值同时控制发动机控制系统进入相应的离合器坡道保护模式,仪表提示离合器过热。本方法可以提高长时间爬坡时车辆安全性和提升驾驶体验。
