The invention provides an intelligent charging system and an electric sightseeing vehicle. The system comprises a charging circuit and a power conversion circuit, the charging circuit is used for detecting a current voltage value of a battery pack, and if the voltage value is lower than a preset threshold, the power conversion circuit converts a power supply voltage into a charging voltage and then charges the battery pack, wherein the battery pack comprises a lithium battery pack and a super capacitor module; the charging circuit comprises a lithium battery charging circuit and a super capacitor charging circuit; and the super capacitor charging circuit charges the super capacitor module in a wireless charging mode, and when the voltage of the super capacitor module is larger than a preset value, the lithium battery charging circuit charges the lithium battery pack in a wired mode. The charging modes can be automatically switched, so that the capacitor energy storage module and the lithium battery energy storage module are rapidly charged, the charging time is greatly shortened, and the charging efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种智能充电系统及电动观光车,包括:充电电路,电源转换电路,所述充电电路用于检测所述电池组的当前电压值,若所述电压值低于预设阈值,则通过所述电源转换电路将供电电压转换为充电电压后对所述电池组进行充电;其中,所述电池组包括锂电池组和超级电容模组;所述充电电路包括锂电池充电电路和超级电容充电电路;所述超级电容充电电路通过无线充电方式对所述超级电容模组进行充电,当所述超级电容模组的电压大于预设值时,所述锂电池充电电路对所述锂电池组进行有线充电。本发明可以对充电方式进行自动切换,从而实现快速对电容储能模组与锂电池储能模组充电,极大地缩短了充电时间,提高充电效率。
