The invention belongs to the field of an automobile, in particular to a damping type gear device for an automobile axle. Aiming at the problem that four planet gears which mesh with each other in pairs are mostly arranged on an existing axle reducer, so that the abrasion of the planet gears during turning of the automobile is too large, the service life of the planet gears is influenced, the following scheme is now presented. According to the scheme, the damping type gear device comprises two axle shafts, wherein hubs are arranged at the ends, far away from each other, of the two axle shafts,the same mounting block is arranged on the two axle shafts, a chamber is formed in the mounting block, a transverse shaft is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of one side of the chamber, a transmission gear is fixedly arranged on the transverse shaft in a sleeving mode, and a linkage gear is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of one side of the chamber. According to the damping type gear device for the automobile axle, compared with a traditional gear device for the automobile axle, the transmission stability is improved, two second planet gears are increased to four, the meshing stability is improved, the abrasion of the second planet gears is reduced, and the service life of the second planet gears is prolonged.

    本发明属于汽车领域,尤其是一种减震型汽车车桥用齿轮装置,针对现有的车桥减速器上的行星齿轮多数设置成两两相互啮合的四个,导致汽车在转弯时对行星齿轮的磨损过大,影响行星齿轮的使用寿命的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括两个半轴,两个半轴相互远离的一端均设置有轮毂,两个半轴上设置有同一个安装块,且安装块上设有腔室,所述腔室的一侧内壁上转动安装有横轴,且横轴上固定套设有传动齿轮,所述腔室的一侧内壁上转动安装有联动齿轮,本发明较之传统汽车车桥的齿轮装置,提高了传动的稳定性,将两个第二行星齿轮增加至四个,提高了啮合的稳定性,降低了第二行星齿轮磨损,延长了第二行星齿轮的使用寿命。
