The invention discloses an intelligent lifting control method and system. The method comprises the steps: setting that a main ejector extends out from a set stroke position and retracts to a first limiting position, and installing a first limiting device when the main ejector retracts to the first limiting position; arranging a second limiting device at an ascending set position of a spring bearerplate connected with an upper clamper, and arranging a third limiting device at a descending set position of the spring bearer plate; arranging a fourth limiting device at an ascending set position of a spring bearer plate connected with a lower clamping device, and arranging a fifth limiting device at a descending set position of the spring bearer plate connected with the lower clamping device;and processing signals detected by the limiting devices through a main console, and coordinating synchronous action of all the intelligent lifting jacks according to information acquired by sensors such as pressure and displacement sensors. The intelligent lifting control method and system have the advantages that data are collected and processed through the displacement sensors, the limiting devices, pressure transmitters, an intelligent hydraulic pump station and a multi-core cable, the main console is in real-time communication with the intelligent hydraulic pump station through a bus, themain console coordinates the synchronous action of all the intelligent lifting jacks, and the horizontal posture of a lifting component can be controlled.

    一种智能提升控制方法及系统,设定主顶伸出设置行程位置、主顶回缩到的第一限位位置,并在主顶回缩到第一限位位置安装第一限位装置;在上夹持器连接的弹簧压板上行设定位置设置第二限位装置,下行设定位置设置第三限位装置;在下夹持器连接的弹簧压板上行设定位置设置第四限位装置,下行设定位置设置第五限位装置,利用主控台对上述限位装置检测的信号进行处理,根据压力、位移传感器等信息协调各智能提升千斤顶的同步动作。其优点是通过位移传感器、限位装置、压力变送器,智能液压泵站通过多芯电缆收集、处理这些数据,主控台再通过总线与智能液压泵站进行实时通讯,主控台协调各智能提升千斤顶的同步动作,并可控制提升构件的水平姿态。
