The invention discloses a bionic weight-limiting rope guiding control method and a device thereof. The device comprise a roller, a synchronous wheel, a guide rod, a rope guider and a pressure sensor,wherein the guide rod is used for limiting the rolling distance between the synchronous wheel and the roller, and meanwhile left-right swinging of the synchronous wheel generated in the winding and unwinding processes of a rope is facilitated; four wheel bodies of the synchronous wheel synchronously roll along the roller wall of the roller and can adapt to rollers with any thickness and eccentricuse, the guide rod penetrates through the synchronous wheel, and the guide rod is fixed on the roller so as to ensure that lateral pressure generated by the rope cannot enable the synchronous wheel tobe separated from the roller and the rope guider; and the built-in pressure sensor of the rope guider is used for limiting rope hoisting load weight and avoiding potential safety hazards caused by overweight. Due to the external design, a main body does not need to be disassembled, and disassembly, assembly and maintenance are convenient. Vulnerable parts are modularized, are easy to disassembleand replace, and are convenient to produce, manufacture, popularize and apply.

    本发明公开了一种仿生限重导绳控制方法及其装置,包括滚筒、同步轮、导杆、导绳器和压力传感器,所述导杆用于限定同步轮与滚筒之间的滚动距离,同时便于同步轮随绳索收放过程中产生的左右摆动;同步轮四个轮子沿滚筒筒壁同步滚动,可适应任何粗细的滚筒和偏心使用,同步轮穿过导杆,导杆固定在滚筒上,以确保绳索产生的侧向压力不会使同步轮脱离滚筒和导绳器;导绳器内置压力传感器用于限定绳索吊运负载重量,避免超重产生的安全隐患;外置式设计,无需拆卸主体,便于拆装和维修;易损件模块化,容易拆卸和更换,便于生产制作和推广运用。
