The invention discloses an anti-falling groove device of a mine multi-rope friction lifting machine. The multi-rope friction lifting machine comprises a roller, a plurality of rope grooves are formedin the roller, a steel wire rope is wound in each rope groove, the anti-falling groove device comprises a first anti-falling groove structure and a second anti-falling groove structure, the first anti-falling groove structure is pressed on the plurality of steel wire ropes on the upper portion of the roller, and the second anti-falling groove structure is arranged on the plurality of steel wire ropes on the lower portion of the roller; the first anti-falling groove structure comprises a first base, a plurality of first pressing wheel assemblies are arranged at the front portion of the first base, each first pressing wheel assembly is obliquely pressed on one steel wire rope, the second anti-falling groove structure comprises a second base, a plurality of second pressing wheel assemblies are arranged at the front portion of the second base, and each second pressing wheel assembly is obliquely arranged on one steel wire rope. The first pressing wheel assemblies and the second pressing wheel assemblies ensure that the steel wire ropes are stably fixed in rope grooves and the steel wire ropes cannot be easily removed from the rope grooves, a travel switch and a baffle are arranged, andthe alarm is carried out once the steel wire ropes jump vigorously or the steel wire ropes are disengaged from the rope grooves.

    本发明公开了矿用多绳摩擦提升机防脱槽装置,多绳摩擦提升机包括滚筒,滚筒上设置有多个绳槽,每个绳槽内绕接有一条钢丝绳,装置包括第一防脱槽结构和第二防脱槽结构,第一防脱槽结构压在滚筒上部的多条钢丝绳上,第二防脱槽结构顶在滚筒下部的多条钢丝绳上。第一防脱槽结构包括第一底座,第一底座的前部设置有多个第一压轮组件,每个第一压轮组件倾斜的压在一条钢丝绳上。第二防脱槽结构包括第二底座,第二底座的前部设置有多个第二压轮组件,每个第二压轮组件倾斜的顶在一条钢丝绳上。第一压轮组件和第二压轮组件保证钢丝绳稳固在绳槽内,不会轻易从绳槽脱出。设置行程开关和挡板,一旦钢丝绳跳动剧烈或者自绳槽内脱出,进行报警。
