The invention provides a crawler crane rotation calibration system and a crawler crane rotation control system and relates to the field of crane control. The crawler crane rotation calibration systemis mounted in a crawler crane and comprises a self-adaption system and a calibration system connected with a man-machine interactive system separately; the man-machine interactive system is used for providing a command operation interface for an operator; the self-adaption system is used for obtaining working current through the self-adaption manner; and the calibration system is used for carryingout calibration operation on rotating speed data and preset rotating speed threshold value during the working current process to obtain calibrated self-adaption current. The crawler crane rotation calibration system can realize self-adaption rotating current, effectively solves the problem that the linearity of a rotating pump proportional valve is not consistent, saves the debugging time of theoperator and improves the construction efficiency.

    本发明提供了一种履带起重机回转校准系统及控制系统,涉及起重机控制领域,该履带起重机回转校准系统安装在履带起重机中,校准系统包括:分别与人机交互系统相连接的自适应系统以及校准系统;人机交互系统用于向操作工提供指令操作界面;自适应系统用于通过自适应的方式获取工作电流;校准系统用于将工作电流时的回转速度数据与预先设置的回转速度阈值进行校准运算,获得校准后的自适应电流。该履带起重机回转校准系统可实现自适应回转电流,有效解决回转泵比例阀线性度不一致问题,并且节省操作手的调试时间,提高施工效率。
