The invention discloses a hoisting method for a combined pump tower base of a large dual-fuel container ship. The base is a rectangular hollow frame which is symmetrical left and right and up and down. The hoisting method comprises the steps that longitudinal and transverse enclosure walls and rib plates are reversely built and installed on a jig frame by taking a base panel as a base plane; fourrib plates, close to the bow and stern, on the left side and the right side of the base are selected as derivative bodies of lifting rings; the gravity center of the base is calculated, and the tonnage of the lifting rings is calculated; the lifting rings are arranged on each derivative body; the base is turned over by 180 degrees through the lifting rings to be in a normal state; and the base ishoisted in place. According to the method, the lifting rings meet the requirements for tonnage and strength of lifting, and also meets the lifting requirement for structural installation through segmented horizontal lifting and turnover. Meanwhile, as the lifting rings are derived from the main body structure, the lifting rings are directly cut off and polished to meet the requirement of the freeedge of the structure during disassembly. The main body structure is not damaged. The lifting rings directly participate in blanking and mounting of the ship body structure, and the damaged area is small during cutting off, so that the construction cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种双燃料大型集装箱船联合泵塔基座的吊装方法,基座为左右、上下均对称的矩形空框,所述吊装方法包括:以基座面板为基面在胎架上反造,安装纵、横围壁及筋板;选取基座左右两侧靠近艏艉处的四处筋板作为吊环的衍生本体,计算基座的重心,测算吊环吨位,每个衍生本体上布置吊环;通过吊环将基座翻身180°呈正态;基座吊装到位。本方法的吊环符合吊装的吨位及强度要求,也满足分段平吊及翻身进行结构安装的吊装需求。同时,由于吊环是从主体结构衍生出来的,拆除时直接割除,并打磨到结构自由边要求即可,对本体结构无损耗,吊环直接参与船体结构的下料及安装,割除时受损面积小,有利于节约建造成本。
