The invention relates to a repeated locking and releasing mechanism of an on-orbit load module. The mechanism comprises a lead screw linkage mechanism, a transverse push block, a connecting rod, a longitudinal push block and a locking mechanism, the transverse push block is fixedly connected with the translation end of the lead screw linkage mechanism, and the longitudinal push block and the transverse push block are arranged in parallel; two ends of the connecting rod are rotationally connected with the longitudinal push block and the transverse push block respectively; a locking protrusion is arranged on the side, away from the transverse push block, of the longitudinal push block; a locking groove corresponding to the locking protrusion is formed in the locking mechanism, and the locking protrusion is matched with the locking groove; the transverse push block is driven by the translation end of the lead screw linkage mechanism to translate, and the longitudinal push block is pushedto move back to or towards the transverse push block through the connecting rod, so that the locking protrusion is clamped with or separated from the locking groove, and the locking mechanism is locked or released; after the module is locked in place, the self-locking mechanism has a self-locking capability and plays a role in locking and maintaining the module. Easily-damaged parts do not exist,and the service life can be prolonged.
本发明涉及一种在轨载荷模块重复锁紧释放机构,包括丝杠连动机构、横向推块、连杆、纵向推块和锁紧机构,横向推块与丝杠连动机构的平移端固定连接,纵向推块与横向推块平行设置;连杆的两端分别与纵向推块与横向推块转动连接;纵向推块远离横向推块的一侧上设有锁紧凸起;锁紧机构上对应锁紧凸起设有锁紧凹槽,锁紧凸起与锁紧凹槽相适配;横向推块在丝杠连动机构的平移端的带动下做平移,通过连杆推动纵向推块背向或朝向横向推块移动,使锁紧凸起与锁紧凹槽卡接或分离,实现锁紧或释放锁紧机构;锁紧到位后,本发明具备自锁能力,对模块起到锁紧保持的作用;本发明不存在易损件,能提高其使用寿命。
