The invention discloses unmanned aerial vehicle undercarriage assembling equipment, which comprises four elevators, a conveying device and two rows of guardrails, wherein the four elevators are divided into two sets, the first set of elevators are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the head of an unmanned aerial vehicle body, and the second set of elevators are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the tail of the unmanned aerial vehicle body; the elevator has two degrees of freedom of horizontal movement and vertical lifting, the horizontal movement is used for adjusting the horizontal positions of the elevator and the unmanned aerial vehicle body, and the vertical lifting is used for adjusting the vertical height of the unmanned aerial vehicle body; the conveying device is arranged below the unmanned aerial vehicle body and used for guiding the material falling trolley and pulling the unmanned aerial vehicle body into the station and pulling the assembled unmanned aerialvehicle body out of the station; and the two rows of guardrails are arranged on the two sides of the conveying device correspondingly. The unmanned aerial vehicle body is stopped at the designated height through the elevator, most of workloads in the assembling process are completed, compared with traditional assembling, the labor intensity is reduced, the requirements of assembling personnel arereduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种无人机起落架的组装设备,包括:四台提升机,四台提升机分为两组,第一组提升机对称设置在无人机机身头部两侧,第二组提升机对称设置在无人机机身尾部两侧;其中,提升机具有水平移动和竖直升降两个自由度,水平移动用于调整提升机与无人机机身的水平位置,竖直升降用调整无人机机身的竖直高度;一输送装置,输送装置设置在无人机机身下方,用于引导落架物料小车,并牵引无人机机身进入工位和装配后无人机牵出工位;两排护栏,两排护栏分别设置在输送装置两侧。本发明通过提升机将无人机机身停在指定高度,完成装配中大部分工作量,与传统装配相比降低了劳动强度、减少了装配人员需求、提高了生产效率。
