The invention discloses a low-pressure protection method of a railway vehicle air conditioning unit, which belongs to the technical field of railway vehicle air conditioning equipment. The method is based on a rail vehicle air conditioning unit with a low-pressure protection switch and a low-pressure sensor or an evaporation temperature sensor. The method comprises a pressure load reduction entering step and a pressure load reduction exiting step, the pressure load reduction entering step comprises the following substeps of: detecting low-pressure pressure or evaporation temperature in real time, and opening a bypass electromagnetic valve if detecting that the low-pressure pressure LP is less than or equal to LP1 or the evaporation temperature T is less than or equal to T1 and the durationtime is t1, and the pressure load reduction exiting step comprises the substep of allowing the bypass electromagnetic valve to be closed if the low-pressure pressure LP is detected to be larger thanor equal to LP2 or the evaporation temperature T is larger than or equal to T2 and for the lasting time is t2, and meanwhile the bypass electromagnetic valve is opened for at least three minutes. By combining software and hardware and through unloading start automatic control and pressure load reduction automatic control, low-pressure protection measures of the air conditioning system are broughtforward before a low-pressure fault occurs, and the fault rate of low-pressure protection of the system can be remarkably reduced.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆空调机组的低压保护方法,属于轨道车辆空调设备技术领域,基于具有低压压力保护开关和低压压力传感器或蒸发温度传感器的轨道车辆空调机组,包括压力降载进入步骤和压力降载退出步骤,压力降载进入步骤包括:实时检测低压压力或者蒸发温度,如果检测到低压压力LP≤LP1或者蒸发温度T≤T1且持续时间t1时打开旁通电磁阀;压力降载退出步骤包括:如果检测到低压压力LP≥LP2或者蒸发温度T≥T2且持续时间t2,同时旁通电磁阀已开启不少于3分钟,则允许关闭旁通电磁阀。本发明通过结合软硬件,通过卸载启动自动控制和压力降载自动控制,将空调系统的低压保护措施提前到发生低压故障前,可显著降低系统低压保护的故障率。
