The invention discloses a mobile charging vehicle control mode and belongs to the technical field of control. According to the technical schemes of the invention, the mobile charging vehicle control mode comprises a master control PLC, a mother vehicle system and a child vehicle system; the master control PLC is used for sending corresponding control instructions to the mother vehicle system and the child vehicle system, and the connection end of the master control PLC is provided with a wireless AP end; the mother vehicle system receives a task instruction generated by the master control PLC;the mother vehicle system responds to the task instruction to convey the child vehicle system to a feeding area, so that the child vehicle system can perform material feeding; and after the child vehicle system completes perform material feeding, the mother vehicle system conveys the child vehicle system to a next technological process section. Compared with an existing traditional assembling mode which adopts a track type moving vehicle and electric rollers to realize convey, the mobile charging vehicle control mode combines a track type conveying vehicle and a trackless conveying vehicle, and therefore, ne-time investment is reduced, production management is more convenient and faster, meanwhile, a construction period is shortened, production efficiency is improved, flexible productioncan be satisfied, and the transverse extension of customers is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种移动式充电车控制方式;属于控制技术领域;其技术要点包括总控制PLC、母车系统和子车系统,其中:总控制PLC,用于对母车系统和子车系统发出相应的控制指令,并且所述总控制PLC的连接端设置有无线AP端;母车系统,母车系统接收总控制PLC生成的任务指令,并且母车系统响应任务指令将子车系统运送到上料区域有进行上料,并且待上料完成后,母车系统再将子车系统搬送至下一个工艺流程段中;本发明与现有传统的装配采用的轨道式移动车加电动辊筒输送相比,将传统轨道式输送车与无轨式输送车相结合,减少一次性投入,生产管理更加便捷,同时缩短建设工期,提高生产效率,适应柔性化生产,而且便于客户横向延展。
