The invention discloses an intelligent parking system and parking method. The system comprises a parking management platform, a plurality of intelligent parking space locks and a mobile phone APP terminal, wherein the plurality of intelligent parking space locks and the mobile phone APP terminal are in communication connection with the parking management platform. The mobile phone APP terminal acquires parking space information on the platform; an idle parking space is selected from the parking space information to serve as a reserved parking space, and the reserved parking space serves as reservation information to be sent out; an unlocking/locking command is sent; the parking management platform receives reservation information of the mobile phone APP terminal; the received unlocking/locking command is issued to an intelligent parking space lock on the reserved parking space; the state information of the parking space lock is received, and the parking space information is updated according to the state information; the intelligent parking space lock controls the state of the parking space lock according to the received unlocking/locking command and sends the state information ofthe parking space lock to the parking management platform. The system and method have the advantages that: the time for a vehicle owner to find the parking space is shortened, problems of energy consumption, pollutant emission, vehicle congestion and urban management of the motor vehicle during parking space finding are solved, and the utilization rate of parking space resources is increased.

    本发明公开了一种智能停车系统及停车方法,该系统包括停车管理平台以及与停车管理平台通信连接的若干智能车位锁和手机APP端;手机APP端获取平台上的车位信息;并在车位信息中选择一空闲车位作为预约车位,将其作为预约信息对外发送;发送开锁/关锁命令;停车管理平台接收手机APP端的预约信息;将接收的开锁/关锁命令下发至预约车位上的智能车位锁;接收车位锁的状态信息,并根据状态信息更新车位信息;智能车位锁根据接收的开锁/关锁命令控制车位锁的状态,并将车位锁的状态信息发送至停车管理平台;其效果是:减少了车主寻找车位的时间,以及在寻找车位时机动车的能源消耗、污染排放、车辆拥堵和城市管理问题,提高了车位资源的利用率。
