The invention relates to the field of automobile windscreen wipers, and provides an automobile windscreen wiper blade structure optimization design method which comprises the following steps: S1, establishing a windscreen wiper friction system three-dimensional model and degree-of-freedom constraint conditions, performing finite element division, and setting material parameters of each component;S2, establishing a kinetic equation of the windscreen wiper friction system at a balance point position, and solving a characteristic value and a characteristic vector; S3, adjusting the friction coefficient, and analyzing and generating the relation between the modal coupling vibration order and the unstable vibration frequency; S4, comparing vibration modes of different wiper blade widths and cross section structures under the condition of different friction coefficients, and selecting an optimized wiper blade structure. The optimal design of the automobile wiper blade structure is realizedquickly, and the friction flutter phenomenon of an automobile wiper system is reduced. The invention further provides the automobile windscreen wiper. The optimized wiper blade structure is selected,no negative damping ratio appears, the windscreen wiper friction system under the structure is good in stability, and therefore, the automobile driving comfort is improved.
本发明涉及汽车雨刮器领域,提供一种汽车雨刮器刮片结构优化设计方法,该方法包括S1建立雨刮器摩擦系统三维模型及自由度约束条件,进行有限元划分,并设置各部件材料参数;S2建立雨刮器摩擦系统在平衡点位置的动力学方程,求得特征值和特征向量;S3调整摩擦系数,分析产生模态耦合振动阶次与不稳定振动频率关系;S4比较不同雨刮器刮片宽度及横截面结构在不同摩擦系数情况下的振动模态,选择优化后的刮片结构,快速实现汽车雨刮器刮片结构的优化设计,减少汽车雨刮器系统摩擦颤振现象;本发明还提供了一种汽车雨刮器,选择优化后的刮片结构,没有负阻尼比值出现,在此结构下的雨刮器摩擦系统稳定性好,进而提升汽车驾驶舒适度。
