The embodiment of the invention discloses a warping winch heavy-duty rope arraying device which comprises a frame body, horizontal oil cylinders fixedly arranged on the frame body, supporting bases connected with the oil cylinders, and supporting rollers. The two supporting bases are arranged on the upper side and the lower side correspondingly. The two supporting rollers are vertically connectedbetween the two supporting bases. Two pairs of first guide rods on the upper side and the lower side are fixedly arranged on the frame body. The two supporting bases are horizontally and slidingly connected to the two pairs of first guide rods correspondingly. A steel rope penetrates through the space between the two supporting rollers. A transverse moving assembly and a shifting fork connected with the transverse moving assembly are arranged on the upper sides of the oil cylinders. The side wall of the upper supporting base is provided with a reversing valve and an oil cylinder valve block. The oil cylinder valve block is connected with inlet and outlet oil pipes of the two oil cylinders. The reversing valve is connected with the oil cylinder valve block. The shifting fork is connected with the reversing valve and can drive the reversing valve to reverse the direction. The warping winch heavy-duty rope arraying device has the technical advantage of being capable of arraying ropes of ahigh-tonnage warping winch.

    本发明实施例公开了一种卷缆绞车重载摆线器,包括架体、固设于架体上的水平设置的油缸、与油缸相连的支撑座和托辊,所述支撑座共有两组并分别上下设置,所述托辊共有两个并竖直连接于两个支撑座之间,所述架体上固设有两对上下设置的第一导向杆,两个支撑座分别水平滑移连接于两对第一导向杆上;钢索从两个托辊之间穿过;所述油缸的上方设有横移组件和与横移组件相连的拨叉;上部的支撑座侧壁上设有换向阀和油缸阀块,所述油缸阀块与两个油缸的进出油管相连,所述换向阀与油缸阀块相连;所述拨叉与换向阀相连并能够拨动换向阀进行换向。其具有使大吨位卷缆绞车绳索能够有序排列的技术效果。
