The invention discloses a manual adjusting and steering mechanism for hoisting and conveying machinery. The manual adjusting and steering mechanism comprises a machine body, wherein the machine body comprises a bottom plate and two groups of side plates which are fixed on two opposite edges of the top end of the bottom plate; two groups of counterweight slots are formed in the top end of the bottom plate; counterweight bodies are placed inside the counterweight slots; a rotary slot is formed in an area between the two groups of the counterweight slots of the bottom plate; a first rotary bearing is arranged on the inner wall of the rotary slot; the first rotary bearing is rotatably connected with a rotary disc; the top end of the rotary disc is fixedly connected with a supporting rod; the top end of the supporting rod is fixed with a rotary toothed disc; the center of the top end of the rotary toothed disc is fixed with a control box; a hoisting arm is arranged on the control box; the edge of the bottom plate is fixed with a supporting plate; a mounting slot is formed in the center of the top end of the supporting plate; a second rotary bearing is arranged on the inner wall of the mounting slot; the second rotary bearing is rotatably connected with a rotary rod; the top end of the rotary rod is fixed with a movable toothed disc; the center of the top end of the movable toothed disc is fixed with a connecting rod; the top end of the side wall of the connecting rod is fixed with a supporting rod; and the end part of the supporting rod is fixed with a rotary valve.
