The invention provides an inland river amphibious type hoisting engineering ship and a using method. A main ship body comprises a stern ballast tank structure floating on an inland river part, a firstempty bin and a second empty bin are arranged behind the stern ballast tank structure in sequence, and a head ballast tank structure used for being anchored and supported with an inland river bank foundation is arranged behind the second empty bin. A hoist pedestal is fixedly installed at the top of the stern ballast tank structure, a floating type hoist is installed at the top of the hoist pedestal, a spring board structure carried on the bank foundation is hinged to the tail end of the head ballast tank structure, and spring board lifting equipment used for driving the spring board structure to lift is installed between the spring board structure and the head ballast tank structure. By means of the hoisting engineering ship of the structure, loading or unloading with an incoming ship can be directly achieved, unloading or loading is carried out through the floating type hoist at the stern of the ship and by directly driving a loading truck onto the ship, a wharf transfer middle linkis omitted, and thus the loading and unloading efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了内河两栖式起重工程船及使用方法,主船体包括漂浮于内河部分的尾部压载舱结构,所述尾部压载舱结构之后依次设置有第一空载舱和第二空载舱,所述第二空载舱之后设置有用于与和内河岸基锚固支撑的头部压载舱结构;所述尾部压载舱结构的顶部固定安装有起重机基座,所述起重机基座的顶部安装有浮式起重机,所述头部压载舱结构的末端铰接有搭载在岸基上的跳板结构,所述跳板结构和头部压载舱结构之间安装有用于驱动其升降的跳板起升设备。通过采用上述结构的起重工程船可以直接实现与来港船舶的装载或是卸载,通过本船船尾的浮式起重机与载货汽车直接开上本船进行卸载或是装载,减少一个码头转运的中间环节,进而提高了装卸效率。
