The invention discloses an aluminum electrolytic waste tank lining pre-leaching feeding device and a feeding method thereof. The aluminum electrolytic waste tank lining pre-leaching feeding device includes a base (1) and a hopper (4) which are installed at the top of a leaching tank; a spherical baffle (8) is arranged at a lower opening of the base, the center of the bottom surface of the spherical baffle is connected with a curved arm (6) extending from the outer side, the curved arm includes a vertical ejector rob section and a crank arm section extending outwards and then turning upwards, acounterweight (7) is installed at the outer end of the crank arm section, and a middle fulcrum (5) of an upright rod of the crank arm section is fixed on the leaching tank; and a hanger rod (2) capable of moving up and down is arranged in the center of the hopper, a conical bottom plug (9) capable of blocking a discharge opening in the bottom of the hopper is installed at the bottom end of the hanger rod, a limiting beam (10) is arranged on the inner upper part of the hopper, and a limiting baffle (3) capable of being placed on the limiting beam in a falling-down mode is welded to the upper part of the hanger rod. A crushed material of an aluminum electrolytic waste tank lining can be added into the leaching tank in a closed state, and gas generated by the contact between the crushed material and water in the leaching tank in feeding process is prevented from overflowing.
一种铝电解废槽衬预浸出加料装置及其加料方法,所述加料装置包括安装于浸出池顶部的底座(1)和料斗(4);底座的下口设置有球面挡板(8),球面挡板的底面中心连接有从外侧伸入的曲臂(6),所述曲臂包括竖直顶杆段和向外延伸后再上拐的拐臂段,拐臂段的外端装有配重(7),拐臂段的立杆中部支点(5)固定于浸出池上;在料斗中心设置有可上下移动的吊杆(2),吊杆的底端安装有可堵住料斗底部出料口的锥型底塞(9),在料斗内上部设置有限位横梁(10),在吊杆上部焊接有可下落放置在限位横梁上的限位挡板(3)。本发明可以将铝电解废槽衬破碎料在密闭状态下加入浸出池中,避免加料过程中破碎料与浸出池中水接触产生的气体溢出。
