The aircraft comprises: a base with an accommodating space, wherein an air storage tank is positioned in the accommodating space, the base is provided a plurality of arms, each arm is convexly arranged at the periphery of the base, one end of each arm convexly arranged at theperiphery of the base is respectively provided with a fixing frame, and a rotor wing part is combined with the fixing frame; a judgment module positioned in the accommodating space, wherein the judgment module is provided with an independent power source, the independent power source is electrically connected to a sensing unit and a processor, and the sensing unit is coupled to the processor; a plurality of slow descending mechanisms, wherein each slow descending assembly is combined with the corresponding fixing frame, each slow descending assembly is provided with a container, each containeris provided with a containing chamber for containing an air bag, and each container communicates with the air storage tank and the corresponding air bag through an inflation pipe.
