In the approaching process of a power life buoy to a person falling into water, the power life buoy has large reserve buoyancy and is in a semi-submersible state, a propeller works in a water-vapor mixing state, and thrust and efficiency are low. The invention aims to reduce air suction during no-load operation of a propulsion system and improve the thrust and efficiency in the water-steam mixingstate, and discloses a power life buoy efficient propelling system under water-vapor mixing working conditions. According to the power life buoy efficient propelling system under water-vapor mixing working conditions, a flow channel and a water outlet of a power life buoy propeller are redesigned, wherein firstly, a flow guide cover is installed at a water inlet of the propeller, so that no matterwhat posture the power life buoy is thrown to the water surface, the flow guide cover can adjust the flow channel according to gravity and buoyancy, and it is guaranteed that the propeller can absorbwater from the lower portion; and secondly, guide vanes are mounted at the water outlet of the propeller and can recover the wake flow rotating energy of the propeller, so that the propeller propelling efficiency is improved. The propelling system is easy to transform and high in applicability, and the concise and stable structure is guaranteed. The rescue success rate of the power life buoy canbe improved through two improvements, and the invention belongs to the field of engineering application technology with practical significance.
