The invention discloses a self-adaptive pier wood system based on a ship body molded line. The self-adaptive pier wood system comprises a supporting system and a control system; the supporting systemis composed of a plurality of supporting units, each supporting unit comprises a main supporting oil cylinder, a plurality of auxiliary supporting oil cylinders and sole timbers; the main supporting oil cylinders are installed on a deck of a semi-submersible ship platform, the auxiliary supporting oil cylinders are installed on cylinder bodies of the main supporting oil cylinders, and the sole timbers are rectangular; the plurality of supporting units are distributed on the semi-submersible ship platform and used for supporting different parts of the ship bottom of a repaired ship; the controlsystem is used for controlling piston rods of the main supporting oil cylinders and piston rods of the auxiliary supporting oil cylinders of the supporting units to lift, controlling the different auxiliary supporting oil cylinder pistons arranged on a same main supporting oil cylinder piston rod to lift, determining the inclination angle of the sole timber connected with the auxiliary supportingoil cylinder piston rods. The self-adaptive pier wood system can be quickly matched with a ship profile, so that a ship to be repaired can quickly and safely sit on a pier, and the maintenance efficiency is remarkably improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于船体型线的自适应墩木系统,包括支撑系统和控制系统;支撑系统由多个支撑单元组成,每个支撑单元包括一个主支撑油缸、几个辅助支撑油缸及垫木,所述主支撑油缸安装在半潜船平台的甲板上,辅助支撑油缸安装在主支撑油缸缸体上,垫木为矩形。若干所述支撑单元分布在半潜船平台的甲板上,分别用于支撑被修船船底的不同部位;控制系统用于控制各支撑单元的主支撑油缸活塞杆升降、辅助支撑油缸活塞杆升降;安装在一个主支撑油缸活塞杆上的不同辅助支撑油缸活塞杆的升降,决定其所连接的垫木的倾斜角度。本发明能快速匹配船只型线,使被抢修船只快速、安全坐墩,显著加快维修效率。
