The invention provides a stable and reliable brake detection circuit. A BRAKE end is connected with a test point TP1, a resistor R1 and a triode Q1 in sequence; the upper end of the right side of thetriode Q1 is sequentially connected with a resistor R2, a test point TP2 and an HAND BRAKE end; the right lower end of the triode Q1 is grounded; a diode D1 is connected in parallel between the test point TP1 and the resistor R1, and a resistor R3 and a power line SYS are sequentially connected to the diode D1; a resistor R4 is connected in parallel between the resistor R2 and the triode Q1 and then is grounded; a resistor R5 and a capacitor C1 are sequentially connected in parallel between the triode Q1 and the resistor R2, the upper end of the resistor R5 is connected with a power line SYS,and the lower end of the capacitor C1 is grounded. The circuit can be applied to brake detection circuits of trucks and cars. The circuit is simple in design, low in cost, reliable in performance andhigh in anti-interference performance, and has generalizability.
本发明提供一种稳定可靠的刹车制动检测电路,BRAKE端依次连接有测试点TP1、电阻R1、三极管Q1;三极管Q1右侧上端依次连接有电阻R2、测试点TP2、HAND BRAKE端;三极管Q1右侧下端接地;测试点TP1和电阻R1之间并联有二极管D1,二极管D1上依次连接有电阻R3、电源线SYS;电阻R2和三极管Q1之间并联有电阻R4后接地;三极管Q1和电阻R2之间依次并联有电阻R5和电容C1,电阻R5上端连接有电源线SYS,电容C1下端接地。该电路可应用于卡车、轿车的刹车检测电路。电路设计简单、成本低廉,性能可靠,抗干扰性强,具有可推广性。
