The invention provides an electric hovercar and an electric hovercar control method. The electric hovercar comprises an electric hovercar body, a hub motor assembly, a pushing assembly, an undercarriage assembly, a sensor assembly and a control assembly. The hub motor assembly comprises a hub motor, a tire, a propeller and a protective cover. The pushing assembly comprises a tappet rod sleeve, a tappet rod and a steering knuckle; the steering knuckle of the pushing assembly is connected with the hub motor assembly, and the pushing assembly and the undercarriage assembly are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of an electric hovercar chassis respectively; and the sensor assembly feeds back the monitored driving state to the control assembly, the hub motor is controlled to drive the tire or the propeller to stop, the pushing assembly pushes the hub motor assembly to the land flight working position, and the undercarriage assembly is accommodated in the storage bin. The electric hovercar can achieve land running, flying, land-air conversion and landing work, has the land and flying amphibious running function, and achieves the purposes of no fuel engine, no fixed wingand no runway takeoff.
