The invention discloses a tire outer contour design method. The tire outer contour design parameters comprise: the tire crown arc TR1: the contact part between a tire and the ground; the driving surface height P: the vertical distance between the highest point and the lowest point of a driving surface in width; wherein the tire crown arc TR1 is an arc with the radius of 100-2000 mm, the driving surface height P is 2-15 mm, and the outer contour of the tire bead part is designed according to the shape of a standard rim. The tire outer contour design method has the beneficial effects that the transition area of the upper half part of the tire is in smooth transition, gas in the inner cavity of the tire can be smoothly exhausted without adopting an auxiliary exhaust material, the appearance problem of circumferential bright scars or radial cracks of the produced tire in the area is avoided, and the production cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种轮胎外轮廓设计方法,所述轮胎外轮廓设计参数包括:胎冠弧TR1:轮胎与地面接触部分;行驶面高度P:行驶面宽度最高点与最低点垂直距离;其中,胎冠弧TR1为半径为100mm‑2000mm的圆弧,行驶面高度P取值为2mm‑15mm,胎圈部位外轮廓参照标准轮辋形状设计。本发明的有益效果是:使轮胎上半部过渡区域平滑过渡,在不采用辅助排气材料时也能将轮胎内腔的气体顺利排出,生产轮胎在此区域没有周向明疤或径向裂纹外观问题,节约生产成本。
