The invention provides a storage battery device with higher charging and discharging capability. The battery device according to an embodiment includes at least one battery module including a batterypack including a plurality of battery cells, a battery monitoring circuit that detects the voltages and temperatures of the battery cells, and a temperature adjustment unit that adjusts the temperatures of the plurality of battery cells; a heating unit that heats and outputs a medium supplied to the temperature adjustment unit; a cooling unit that cools and outputs the medium supplied to the temperature adjustment unit; and a battery management circuit having a temperature detector and a battery temperature control unit. The temperature detector can communicate with the battery monitoring circuit and the outside and detect the temperature of the medium. The battery temperature control unit controls the heating unit and the cooling unit to adjust the temperature of the medium so as to control the temperatures of the battery cells on the basis of the values of internal resistances corresponding to the values of the temperatures and voltages of the battery cells received from the batterymonitoring circuit, so that the internal resistances of the plurality of battery cells reach a predetermined range.

    本发明提供一种充电放电能力较高的蓄电池装置。实施方式的蓄电池装置具有:至少一个电池模块,具有包括多个电池单元的电池组、检测所述电池单元的电压及温度的电池监视电路、和调整多个电池单元的温度的温度调整部;加热部,将供给温度调整部的介质加热并将其输出;冷却部,将供给温度调整部的介质冷却并将其输出;以及具有温度检测器和电池温度控制部的电池管理电路,温度检测器能够与电池监视电路及外部进行通信并检测介质的温度,电池温度控制部根据与从电池监视电路接收到的电池单元的温度及电压的值对应的内部电阻的值,控制加热部及冷却部而调整介质的温度进行电池单元的温度控制,使得多个电池单元的内部电阻达到规定的范围。
