The invention discloses a comprehensive emergency management platform architecture for cloud computing. The comprehensive emergency management platform architecture comprises a cloud end, an acquisition end and an execution end, wherein the acquisition end is used for acquiring various information data; the cloud end is used for storing, searching, calling and calculating the various information data; the execution end is used for executing an operation executed by the cloud end according to an information data calculation result; the comprehensive emergency management platform architecture isscientific and reasonable, safe and convenient use, an information search module and an information retrieval module are used for retrieving historical data from a cloud computing database; the safedistance for avoiding congestion is calculated according to a formula; according to the viaduct, the traffic jam condition aggravation of the viaduct caused by traffic accidents can be effectively reduced, the potential safety hazard of high-density traffic jam to the viaduct body is avoided, meanwhile, guidance can be provided for drivers going to go to the viaduct, and the travel delay of the drivers caused by the traffic jam of the viaduct is effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种面向云计算的综合应急管理平台架构,该综合应急管理平台架构包括云端、采集端和执行端,所述采集端用于各项信息数据的采集,所述云端用于各项信息数据的存储、搜索、调取和计算,所述执行端用于执行云端根据信息数据计算的结果执行操作,本发明科学合理,使用安全方便,利用信息搜索模块和信息调取模块从云计算数据库进行历史数据的调取,根据公式对避免拥堵的安全距离进行计算,可以有效的减轻高架桥因为交通事故而导致的交通拥堵情况加剧,避免了高密度的交通拥堵对高架桥桥身造成的安全隐患,同时,可以为即将上高架桥的驾驶员提供引导,有效的避免了因为高架桥的拥堵给驾驶员带来的行程上的耽误。
