The invention provides a helicopter lubricating oil source direct-drive heat pump type air conditioning system. The helicopter lubricating oil source direct-drive heat pump type air conditioning system comprises a circulation loop formed by sequentially connecting an expansion valve, a working medium/cabin air heat exchanger, a four-way reversing valve, a compressor and a working medium/ram air heat exchanger through pipelines, wherein the working medium/ram air heat exchanger and a working medium/lubricating oil heat exchanger are connected in parallel and connected with the four-way reversing valve through a three-way change-over valve capable of enabling the working medium/ram air heat exchanger and the working medium/lubricating oil heat exchanger to be switched; and the working medium/lubricating oil heat exchanger is connected in series in a lubricating oil way composed of a lubricating oil tank, a lubricating oil pump and a mechanical heat production structure. According to theair conditioning system, a lubricating oil heat source is adopted for directly driving a heat pump to circulate, a ram air and lubricating oil heat exchange system is omitted, the system structure issimpler and more compact, the weight is reduced, and the compensation loss of an airplane can be better reduced; and the recycling rate of lubricating oil heat is greatly increased, the temperature drop caused by the temperature difference of a heat exchanger cold and hot way is greatly reduced, the lower limit of the use environment temperature of the helicopter heat pump type air conditioning system is reduced, and the application range of the heat pump type air conditioning system on a helicopter is further widened.

    一种直升机滑油源直驱热泵型空调系统,包括由膨胀阀、工质/舱内空气换热器、四通换向阀、压缩机和工质/冲压空气换热器通过管路依次连接构成的循环回路;其中工质/冲压空气换热器与工质/滑油换热器并接,并通过可使二者相互切换的三通转换阀与四通换向阀相接;工质/滑油换热器串接在由滑油箱、滑油泵和机械产热结构组成的滑油油路中。该空调系统的采用滑油热源直接驱动热泵循环,省去了冲压空气和滑油热交换系统,系统结构更加简单、紧凑,重量减轻,有利于降低飞机的代偿损失;滑油热量的回收利用率大幅度提高,换热器冷热路因温差造成的温降大大减小,使直升机热泵型空调系统的使用环境温度下限下降,热泵型空调系统在直升机上的应用范围进一步拓宽。
