The invention provides a shore crane electric room air conditioning system, a dehumidification method and a shore crane, and relates to the technical field of air conditioning control. The shore craneelectric room air conditioning system involves a controller, a humidity sensor, an air conditioner drive-by-wire device and an air conditioner, wherein the humidity sensor is in communication connection with the controller and is used for being arranged in an electric room to detect the humidity in the electric room, the air conditioner drive-by-wire device is in communication connection with thecontroller, the air conditioner drive-by-wire device is electrically connected with the air conditioner, and the air conditioner is arranged in the electric room. The dehumidification method comprises the following steps of acquiring the humidity in the electric room; if the humidity is greater than or equal to a humidity threshold value, controlling the air conditioner drive-by-wire device to send a dehumidification-starting instruction to the air conditioner so as to enable the air conditioner to start dehumidification; and if the humidity is less than the humidity threshold value, controlling the air conditioner drive-by-wire device to send a dehumidification-stopping instruction to the air conditioner so as to enable the air conditioner to stop dehumidification. The shore crane comprises the shore crane electric room air conditioning system. According to the shore crane electric room air conditioning system, dehumidification is more convenient.
