The invention discloses a hydraulic lifting posture adjusting system. an oil outlet area and an oil return area are arranged in the oil tank, one end of a hydraulic pump extends into the oil outlet area, the other end of the hydraulic pump is connected with oil inlet ends of four servo hydraulic cylinders connected in parallel in a lifting posture adjusting mechanism, a motor is connected with thehydraulic pump, oil outlet ends of the four servo hydraulic cylinders are connected with one end of an oil return filter, and the other end of the oil return filter extends into the oil return area;meanwhile, the oil inlet end and the oil outlet end of each group of servo hydraulic cylinders are respectively connected with an electro-hydraulic servo valve; hydraulic cylinder supports used for installing the servo hydraulic cylinders are arranged at the four corners of the lifting posture adjusting bottom plate in a bilateral symmetry mode, displacement sensors are arranged on the inner sidesof the hydraulic cylinder supports and connected with the servo hydraulic cylinders, a liquid level pump station is arranged on one side of the middle of the lifting posture adjusting bottom plate, and an electro-hydraulic servo valve terminal temperature sensor is arranged on the other side of the middle of the lifting posture adjusting bottom plate. According to the hydraulic lifting posture adjusting system, by the adoption of the system, labor is saved, the engine installation operation time is shortened, the airplane production efficiency is improved, and the safety is guaranteed and improved.

    一种液压举升调姿系统,其中,油箱内设置有出油区与回油区,液压泵一端伸入出油区,液压泵另一端与举升调姿机构中并联的四组伺服液压缸进油端连接,电机与液压泵连接,四组伺服液压缸出油端分别与回油过滤器一端连接,回油过滤器另一端伸入回油区;同时每组伺服液压缸进油端、伺服液压缸出油端分别与电液伺服阀连接;举升调姿底板的四个边角左右对称设置有用于安装伺服液压缸的液压缸支座,位移传感器设置在液压缸支座内侧,并与伺服液压缸连接,液位泵站设置在举升调姿底板中部一侧,电液伺服阀岛温度传感器设置在举升调姿底板中部另一侧;通过采用本系统不仅节省人工,缩短发动机安装作业时间,提高飞机生产效率,且安全性得到保障和提高。
