The invention discloses a multi-lifting-point equalizing beam device. The multi-lifting-point equalizing beam device comprises a suspension frame, a lifting beam, lifting fames, an equalizing assembly, a driving assembly, an equalizing sensor and a PLC control cabinet; the two ends of the lower portion of the lifting beam are provided with the lifting frames, and one end of the upper portion of the lifting beam is provided with the driving assembly; the driving assembly comprises a driving motor, a screw rod and an internal threaded sleeve; the internal threaded sleeve is provided with the equalizing assembly; the equalizing assembly comprises a triangular supporting frame, a wheel and a fixing beam; and the other end of the upper portion of the lifting beam is provided with the equalizingsensor, and the equalizing sensor is electrically connected with the PLC control cabinet. According to the multi-lifting-point equalizing beam device, by utilizing the driving motor, the screw rod and the equalizing sensor, when irregular heavy objects is lifted, the unbalanced state is sensed through the equalizing sensor, then, the driving motor and the screw rod are controlled by the PLC control cabinet to enable the equalizing assembly to move on the screw rod to the lifting gravity center, lifting balance is kept, it is always kept that an upper lifting point is perpendicular to the center of gravity of the lifted objects, and the lifted objects can be protected from being broken and damaged.

    本发明公开了一种多吊点平衡梁装置,包括悬吊架、起吊梁、起吊架、平衡组件、驱动组件、平衡传感器和PLC控制柜,起吊梁下方两端设有起吊架,起吊梁上方一端设有驱动组件,驱动组件包括驱动电机、丝杆和内螺纹套筒,内螺纹套筒上设有平衡组件,平衡组件包括三角支撑架、车轮和固定梁,起吊梁上方另一端设有平衡传感器,平衡传感器与PLC控制柜电性连接;本发明通过利用驱动电机、丝杆和平衡传感器,可以在起吊不规则偏重物体时,通过平衡传感器感应不平衡状态,然后利用PLC控制柜控制驱动电机和丝杆将平衡组件在丝杆上移动至于起吊重心处,维持起吊平衡,始终保持上吊点与被起吊物体的重心垂直,能够保护被起吊物体不易被折断损伤。
