The invention discloses a load-trolley slide wheel structure of a tower crane, and belongs to the technical field of trolley slide wheel structures. The load-trolley slide wheel structure comprises aU-shaped housing and a drive motor mounted on the top of one side of the U-shaped housing, wherein the output end of the drive motor is equipped with a rotary shaft which penetrates through to the inner side of the U-shaped housing and the inner wall of the U-shaped housing; one end, away from the drive motor, of the rotary shaft is equipped with a first roller; a first circular gear is welded ona position, inside the U-shaped housing, at the outer side of the rotary shaft; a second circular gear which is engaged with the first circular gear is arranged on a position, on the bottom inside theU-shaped housing, inside the U-shaped housing; the drive motor is started to drive the first circular gear and the second roller to rotate; the first circular gear drives the second circular gear torotate; the second circular gear drives a rotary rod to rotate, the rotary rod drives a fourth circular gear to rotate, and the fourth circular gear drives a third circular gear to rotate, so that a second roller is driven to rotate, and therefore, a trolley of the load-trolley slide wheel structure can stably operate.

    本发明公开了一种塔机载重小车滑轮结构,属于小车滑轮结构技术领域,包括U形壳体以及安装在U形壳体一侧顶部的驱动电机,驱动电机的输出端安装有贯穿至U形壳体内侧并至U形壳体内壁贯穿的转轴,转轴远离驱动电机的一端安装有第一滚轮,转轴的外侧且位于U形壳体的内部焊接有第一圆形齿轮,U形壳体的内侧且位于U形壳体内侧的底部与第一圆形齿轮啮合有第二圆形齿轮,通过启动驱动电机带动第一圆形齿轮以及第一滚轮转动,通过第一圆形齿轮带动第二圆形齿轮转动,通过第二圆形齿轮带动转杆转动,通过转杆带动第四圆形齿轮转动,通过第四圆形齿轮带动第三圆形齿轮转动,从而带动第二滚轮转动,从而使其小车可以平稳的运行。
