The invention discloses a process for hoisting a large ship body total section through crawler cranes matched with a hoisting row system. The process comprises the following steps that S1, a first crawler crane and a second crawler crane are arranged in advance for cooperative operation; S2, a hook head of each crawler crane is connected with the hoisting row system through a hoisting rope; S3, aplurality of special hoisting points are arranged on the ship body total section and are connected with the hoisting row system through pull ropes; and S4, the first crawler crane and the second crawler crane are used for hoisting the ship body total section to a designated position, and after the ship body total section is welded, the hoisting points of the ship body total section are detached from the pull ropes. The process facilitates hoisting of the ship body equipment for which gantry cranes cannot be used, and transportation is stable.
