The invention relates to a buffer device for an ultrahigh-speed elevator. The buffer device is characterized in that two supports are correspondingly fixed on the left side end surface and the right side end surface of a compensation device, a limiting plate is horizontally arranged above the compensation device, and the limiting plate is positioned between two guide rails of the compensation device. Each support is connected with the limiting plate through two spring assemblies used for vibration reduction and buffering, wherein the two spring assemblies are located at the front end and the rear end of the corresponding support; and the four spring assemblies are distributed in a rectangular shape. The two guide rails are fixedly connected with the limiting plate. A gap between the limiting plate and the compensation device is larger than a compression stroke of the buffer device. The buffer device for the ultra-high-speed elevator is simple and compact in structure and convenient andfast to install. The buffer device is directly fixed to the compensation device, bounce energy is dispersed and absorbed through the spring assemblies, the effects of vibration reduction and buffering are achieved, violent bounce of the compensation device of the elevator can be effectively prevented, and stable operation of the elevator is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种超高速电梯用缓冲装置,其中,两支座分别固定在补偿装置左、右侧端面上,限位板水平设置在补偿装置上方,且限位板位于补偿装置的两导轨之间。每一支座与限位板均通过两个用于减振、缓冲的弹簧组件相连,两弹簧组件分别位于对应支座前、后端,四个弹簧组件呈矩形分布。两导轨分别与限位板固定连接。限位板与补偿装置之间的间隙大于缓冲装置的压缩行程。本发明的超高速电梯用缓冲装置结构简单、紧凑,安装方便快捷。该缓冲装置直接固定在补偿装置上,通过弹簧组件分散吸收跳动能量,达到减振、缓冲的效果,可有效防止电梯补偿装置剧烈跳动,保障电梯平稳运行。
