The invention provides a heavy rotor wing unmanned aerial vehicle for forestry fire-fighting operation. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a vehicle body frame, a rotor wing system, a central control and communication system, a homing aiming system, a fire extinguishing system and a power supply system. The power supply system is connected to the central control and communication system throughan electric wire and provides power in a centralized manner through the central control system; and the central control system is connected with the rotor wing system, the homing aiming system and the fire extinguishing system. The rotor wing system adopts a mode that four sets of coaxial rotor wings are driven by a motor to operate, the homing aiming system receives a command of the control system to seek a fire source and feeds back information to the control system, and the fire extinguishing system receives a control command to launch a fire extinguishing bomb to a designated position after determining a target. The heavy rotor wing unmanned aerial vehicle is compact in layout and high in structural strength and has the advantages of being long in flight time, high in effective load and high in working efficiency when applied to forestry fire fighting work.
