The invention discloses a multispectral remote sensing system of a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle. The multispectral remote sensing system of the multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a ground control system, a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle, a wireless remote sensing system and a data processing system, wherein the ground control system comprises a master control computer whichis connected with a remote control handle; the wireless remote sensing system comprises a micro single-board computer, and the micro single-board computer is connected with a memory, a multispectral imager and an image processor; the data processing system comprises an extraction module, the extraction module is connected with an analysis and comparison module, the analysis and comparison module is connected with a judgment module, the judgment module is connected with a position determination module, the position determination module is connected with a time determination module, the positiondetermination module and the time determination module are connected with an air pollution space-time display module, and the extraction module is connected with the master control computer. According to the invention, the smoke and dust pollution position, the occurrence time period and the range in an area can be intelligently detected, visual space-time display of pollution points is constructed, and effective area environmental protection monitoring is achieved.
