The invention discloses an airplane floor longitudinal beam course load transmission structure, which comprises floor cross beams, a floor longitudinal beam, stand columns, diagonal draw bars, commonframes and stringers. The two floor cross beams, the floor longitudinal beam, the two stand columns, the two common frames and the stringers form a quadrilateral structure. The two diagonal draw barsare respectively hinged with two opposite angles of the quadrilateral structure; a lower limit is designed at the middle part of one of the two diagonal draw bars; the other diagonal draw bar [4] is fixedly connected to the lower limit. According to the invention, the course load of the floor longitudinal beam can be transmitted to the lower structure of the fuselage, the generation of additionalbending moment to the lower part of the fuselage is avoided, the load transmission form and the structural complexity are simplified, the force transmission path is shortened, the structural weight ofthe airplane is reduced, the reliability and the safety are improved, and the structural design cost is reduced.
